Awesome Experience!! We had needed a storage unit last minute and they were there to help every step of the way. Were able to work with us over the year in so many ways. Just to name a few, we ran behind on 2 of our payments with in the year and they were more than helpful to work with us to ensure that we would keep our unit. They were also easy to deal with if we need to down size our unit. Very easy use secured access to the premises during non business hours. Payments can be made email transfer, online debit visa or credit card or in person. Which helped over the winter months to make payments on time. They made our transition from storage unit to our new home seamless! Thank you to Michelle who was helpful, caring and respectful of our needs! I would recommend Best Storage 100%
